The success of the company and growth results from the initial base formed by the managers in the new firm (De Boer et al., 2012: 19). In my suggestion, the company needs to send three managers from the existing branches. These managers are Financial Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager. This paper determines the managers roles and skills required to ensure company success. Financial ManagerFinancial manager to be sent to the new company should be from the United States. From the experience of the market operations in the United States which is the main market, the manager can help the new firm implement sound financial plans (Paramasivan and Subramaniam, 2013: 53). The success of the company will rise from effective management of finances. The manager should possess analytical skills to help the company make deci sions. The manager should also have good organisational and mathematical skills so that he/she can understand the complex financial documents (Ritson, 2011: 22). Before assuming the position, the company should train the manager on international finance. The manager will be mandated to monitor and interpret cash flow trends and offer financial advice to the company management. Also, the manager will help the management in the formulation of companys objectives ((Paramasivan and Subramaniam, 2013: 55). Also, maintaining books of accounts, preparation of the budget and financial reports will be the managers responsibilities.General ManagerA general manager is an administrative officer who assists the company management (Ritson, 2011: 12). This position requires a candidate with good management, communication, and decision-making skills. Also, the manager should be able to coach the staff to develop high standards of performance. In this case, the General Manager should be selected fr om London so as to assist in the transfer of technology.The responsibility of a general manager is overseeing the administrative functions in the company (Ritson, 2011: 12). This helps the company to run efficiently, implement the company policies well and to ensure that the staff morale is high. Also, the general manager is mandated to coordinate and lead employees in the daily operations of the company and directing them accordingly. Where special skills are required, the general manager will assist in formulating training programs or coach the staff members (Ritson, 2011: 22). The general manager will also be expected to coordinate the procurement, production and marketing departments to ensure the overall success of the company.
